The Site and Services are operated by ProRetouch RENDERCH Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Overview of the services
We provide professional, hand-edited photo retouching services (primarily headshots) for individuals and teams. The Services may include:
- Retouching of provided photographs
- Background cleaning or replacement (as agreed)
- File preparation for specified uses (e.g., LinkedIn, website, PR)
- Communication and coordination through a dedicated manager
We do not provide AI-generated or synthetic faces as the final delivered product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders and information you provide
3.1 Submitting an order
You may request Services through the Site or by contacting us. We may request additional information to understand your needs and confirm scope (e.g., intended use, style references, background preferences, deliverable formats).
3.2 Your responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring you have the right to submit the photos and any other materials you provide.
3.3 Photo quality
Results depend on the quality of the source image(s). While we may provide guidance to help you capture a strong photo, we cannot guarantee outcomes that are technically impossible due to source limitations.
4. Pricing, quotes, and invoicing
4.1 Published prices
Standard pricing for certain Services may be displayed on the Site.
4.2 Custom pricing for teams or large orders
For larger team or corporate requests, pricing and delivery timelines may be determined based on volume and requirements. We will provide a written quote or plan where appropriate.
4.3 No payment before confirmation
We do not request payment before confirming scope, pricing, and timeline. Once details are confirmed, we will issue an invoice (“Invoice”).
4.4 Taxes and fees
Prices may exclude applicable taxes or transaction fees unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes required by law.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment methods
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are processed via PayPal and/or American Express (AMEX) through our payment processors.
5.2 Alternative payment for large corporate orders
For large corporate orders, alternative payment methods (such as bank transfer) may be available upon request and confirmed in advance.
5.3 Start of work
Work typically begins after we receive payment and all required inputs.
6. Delivery timelines
6.1 Individuals
For individual orders, delivery is within twenty-four (24) business hours after payment and confirmation.
6.2 Teams and corporate orders
For team or corporate orders, delivery timelines will follow the agreed plan or confirmed timeframe.
6.3 Business hours
Business hours are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, unless stated otherwise.
7. Revisions and approval
7.1 Included revisions
Your order includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional charge, provided requests are submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and remain within the agreed scope.
7.2 Scope limits
Requests that materially change the agreed style or require additional work may be treated as a new scope and billed separately.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit content that:
- Violates any law or third-party rights
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive
- Involves sexual exploitation of minors or non-consensual imagery
- Requires unlawful activity
9. Refunds and cancellations
9.1 Before work begins
Cancellations before work starts may be eligible for a refund, minus non-refundable processing fees.
9.2 After work begins
Once work has started, refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or in cases of technical failure on our side.
9.3 Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension or termination of Services.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your original content. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered images for lawful purposes, including commercial use.
11. Confidentiality and portfolio use
We do not publish or share your photos as marketing examples without your express permission.
12. Storage
We store original and final files free of charge for up to one (1) year from delivery. After that period, files may be deleted without notice.
If your company requires NDA, specific retention rules, or custom export formats, include them in your request before work begins.
